Anping County Wennian Wire Mesh Products Co., Ltd. offers a wide range of plastic netting and solutions across multiple industries and detailed applications.

Generally, the canal, slope erosion are caused by water flow and wind. For the non vegetated slopes, firstly the thin ground particles shift, then grooves, creaks and surface runoffs come into being, which show the erosion of soil. For canal, embankments, the concentrated forces produced by the velocity can lead to the formation of holes, longitudinal and transversal furrows and undercutting at the base. Then the soil may slip down onto the canal, subsequently affect the water flow.

Surface vegetation is absolutely the most environmentally friendly solution, it stabilize the surface, improves the quality of soil and reduce the water and rainfall flow velocity. However, it's far away from total greening. What's more, its vulnerable and easily destroyed. Therefore, the colonisation by vegetation is necessary, but rather difficult.

Our company provides 3D geomat with rectangular openings, which is three dimensional geomat made up of three layers extruded polypropylene grids which are later bi-oriented, and then three layers of geomat are overlapped and sewn together and tied up by means of a black polypropylene yarn. The biodegradable pre-seeded textile could be assembled in the lower part of the geomat. Generally, it is in black or green color so as to keep warm for seedlings' germination inside the textile or form an integral landscape of green.

Rectangular openings shaped 3D geomat forms an effective slope protection in the first beginning and a fast grass covering and strong anchorage of the roots to the soil and the geomat itself.

This is a black rectangular shaped polypropylene 3D geomat.

3DGRS-01: Three layers of rectangular shaped meshes are combined into one 3D geomat.

This is a green rectangular shaped 3D geomat with a black grid in the middle to reinforce.

3DGRS-02: Green rectangular shaped 3D geomat to accommodate the surrounding environment.

A biodegradable textile is sewn underneath the 3D geomat.

3DGRS-03: The biodegradable textile could be prefilled seedlings and it will degrade when the plantings have grown.

This is a picture that shows the 3D geomat is paving onto the soil slope surface and the top part has been covered with soil.

3DGRS-04: Laying the rectangular shaped 3D geomat onto the surface of the soil slope and fix it by lacing wire or rings.
